Do not return any merchandise to the shipper if different from the address below. Return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days from the date your order was received for a refund or exchange.
1) Place the item(s) in secure packaging (or the original shipping box, removing previous labels).
2) Ship pre-paid by carrier of your choice (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) making sure to retain the tracking number. A confirmation e-mail will be sent confirming your return or exchange once the item(s) are received.
3) Print and enclose the bottom portion of this e-mail along with a copy of the packing slip (containing your Ship To address) inside the box. Circle (E) for exchange; (R) for return and ship to:

Terms & Conditions for Returns: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to company error. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date your order was received. Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the same method as the order was paid. NOTE: We cannot accept any item that has already been worn. All tags must be attached to item(s) returned. Logo items are not returnable.
