Shipping Options: Please note that shipping is calculated in "business" days. This does not include weekends, holidays, the day the order is placed or the day of shipping. Example: Orders placed on Wednesday before 12:00 p.m. central time, for 3-5 day air, will not ship until Thursday to arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. central time will not ship until Friday.
Our products are inspected for quality in workmanship right down to the last detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Returns: DO NOT return to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to the address below. Place the item in the original shipping box (or other secure packaging) and remove all old shipping labels. Call 800-743-5990 for a return authorization. NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY GARMENT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN WORN. Custom-made orders or logo items are not returnable. For your protection, return the product prepaid via UPS, Priority Mail, Airmail, Parcel Post or another carrier of your choice. Save your receipt of mailing or tracking number.
